Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel

The Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel is a 266-room full-service hospitality destination located along the North Meridian Corridor in Carmel, Indiana. Acquired by Keystone Hospitality, the hospitality division of Keystone Group, the property is undergoing a comprehensive enhancement program that includes renovated guest rooms and suites, upgraded meeting and event space, refreshed public areas, a reimagined arrival experience and new food and beverage concepts designed to further elevate the guest experience.

As Hamilton County’s largest full-service hotel and the only operating Renaissance Hotels property in Indiana, the Renaissance Indianapolis North serves as a key destination for business travelers, conventions, meetings, sporting events and visitors to Central Indiana. Plans are also underway to evaluate future development opportunities across the adjacent landholdings, with a long-term vision to expand the Renaissance campus to as many as 400 hotel rooms while creating the largest hospitality destination in Hamilton County.
