Keystone was selected by Butler University to develop and build this new 6-story multi-purpose shopping center and parking facility located between Clowes Memorial Hall and Hinkle Fieldhouse along Sunset Avenue.

It includes 1,035 parking spaces and a ground-level retail and restaurant tenents.
