3 Mass Condos is a 12-story, 208,000 square foot mixed-use structure.

The development includes retail space on the first floor, condominiums on the top nine floors, and two floors of underground parking. Keystone Construction implemented several sustainable features, most notably, a green roof. During the design phase, Keystone provided value engineering suggestions that allowed the project to be delivered under budget without sacrificing any design elements or amenities.
