The redevelopment included the construction of condominiums on the top three floors, retail space on the first three floors, and a newly created heated underground parking garage. Keystone Construction was able to sustain the historical integrity of Six Over Meridian by transforming the existing basement into an underground heated parking garage. It was this key feature that ultimately helped make this project a success.
