Johnson Memorial Hospital Medical Office Building Whiteland

Keystone Construction was hired by Johnson Memorial Hospital to provide pre-construction services for the new construction of a medical office building located in Whiteland, Indiana.

Keystone Construction supplied professional consultation for budgeting, space planning, construction means and methods, value engineering, pre-construction documents, and scheduling during the pre-construction phase.

Keystone Construction was awarded as the general contractor for construction of the 11,067 s.f. building including 6,500 s.f. of primary care, 4,500 s.f. of JMH OBGYN Clinic, and pediatrics. An underground detention system that helps the infrastructure combat drainage issues will also be included.
