Keystone Construction was hired by the City of Indianapolis to serve as an owner’s technical representative.  Keystone provided expertise in risk assessment, phasing and construction, budget, schedule management, and payment disbursement services. Keystone was the consultant throughout the duration of the project and was an extension of the owner’s team.

CityWay includes The Alexander, a world-class Dolce hotel, luxury residences at The Residences at CityWay, restaurants, retail shops, and a state-of-the-art YMCA.  CityWay also includes ample parking garages, road improvements, new urban green areas, and a public art component. It serves as a much needed link between neighborhoods and businesses on the city’s near Southside and the core of downtown.

CityWay transformed this area of downtown, providing a host of benefits for both the public and private sectors. The premier urban location includes 250 luxury residences, a 209 room world-class hotel, a 75,000 square-foot YMCA, 40,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space, a certified technology park, and office space. An additional 60,000 square feet of space will be added in future phases.
