Keystone Group Announces New Property Manager

INDIANAPOLIS – Keystone Group is pleased to announce that Mr. Tom Graham, P.E., CPE has joined their expanding team of professionals as Senior Property Manager.

“Tom Graham is an outstanding addition to Keystone because of his widespread experience in property management and background in construction engineering” stated Keystone President, Ersal Ozdemir.  “I feel confident that Tom will significantly enhance our property management department as well as our entire team.  We are thrilled to have him aboard,” he added.
Mr. Graham most recently served as General Manager and Sr. Real Estate Manager at C.B. Richard Ellis. During his 30+ years in the local construction and real estate industry, Mr. Graham has demonstrated outstanding skills in commercial property management and facilities engineering. He has successfully managed tenant relationships, fiscal operations, owner objectives, and design and construction functions related to large scale commercial and institutional office, retail, and industrial projects. Furthermore, Mr. Graham has consistently demonstrated his outstanding leadership characteristics and proven his capabilities in achieving corporate objectives.
Mr. Graham’s job responsibilities will include managing operating budgets, construction and service vendor contracts, and lease requirements at all Keystone properties. Additionally, Mr. Graham will oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance staffing and programs, and Keystone’s overall tenant and vendor relationships across the portfolio.
He holds an MSCE in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University and is a registered professional engineer. He is involved in a number of civic and professional organizations including the American Society of Civil Engineers, the International Facilities Management Association, and the Knights of Columbus Council 12387 in Carmel.
