Keystone Breaks Ground on $28 Million Health Pavilion

Keystone Construction broke ground on a 160,000 square-foot health facility located on the corner of Hanna and State avenues at the University of Indianapolis .  The $28 million health pavilion will house the university’s health-related teaching programs including nursing, physical therapy, psychology and athletic training.

“The Health Pavilion will create space to expand some of our strongest programs and strengthen our ties with the healthcare industry,” President Robert Manuel said in a statement. “Our overall development plan is designed to attract new economic activity that will make our part of the city a more vibrant place to live and work.”

The new facility is part of UIndy’s plan to invest $50 million into campus buildings, new programs and its Southside neighborhood over the next five years.
